Now Accepting New Clients. Life can be tough at times. Whether you’re struggling with relationships, facing big decisions, or simply trying to get through each day, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer individualized therapy for children and adults experiencing loneliness, self-esteem challenges, or major life transitions such as loss, retirement, or changes in family dynamics. During sessions, children are welcome to play with toys, and adults may enjoy a cup of coffee. My goal is to help you feel welcomed, supported, and comfortable while sharing.
Together, we’ll work to identify & understand complicated emotions that may have been suppressed and develop healthy ways to cope.
