I specialize in working with women ages 18–35 who are ready to invest in themselves and prioritize their mental health. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, caregivers, and community leaders—women who are often seen as “the strong one.” But beneath the surface, they may be silently carrying the weight of grief, anxiety, depression, or trauma. They may struggle with imposter syndrome, low self-worth, or the belief that they must always appear “put together.” If this sounds like you, please know—you’re not alone. I help women just like you!
My extensive clinical background includes work in outpatient therapy, psychiatric emergency care, and rehabilitation services. I have served diverse communities, where I provided trauma-informed, person-centered care. I’m experienced in using evidence-based approaches and have a passion for community outreach, advocacy, and therapeutic education.
My approach is highly collaborative. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter solutions—each treatment plan is personalized to fit your unique needs, goals, and life experiences.
