Self Esteem Group

A group for females ages 13-17. Over the course of the group, participants will engage in facilitated group discussions around healthy relationship skills, sexuality and safe-sex, self-esteem and empowerment, positive body image, managing stress, and social media. Participants will understand their own personal worthiness through the creation of vision boards, mantras, and positive affirmations. We will develop practices to help manage stress including learning new and healthy coping skills, and designing empowering journals. Sexuality, body image, and social media will be discussed in a safe place and participants will learn how to embrace every part of themselves.
