I work with teens & adults (13+) who need support around emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns. I am trained and experienced in helping recover from issues such as trauma, complex trauma, relational conflict within marriage and family, anxiety, depression, life transitions, addiction, grief/loss, and issues of faith and spirituality.
I offer an evidenced-based approach to help adults and teens strengthen their relationships with themselves, others, and God. I utilize a combination of evidence-based therapeutic frameworks to improve outcomes and work together toward a place of restoration, lasting emotional and relational health and overall well-being.
