Hi, I’m Larthenia, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida, and a LMFTA in Washington State. I work with individuals, couples, and families who have ongoing challenges connecting in relationships, and who experience depression and anxiety. I’m no different from the clients I see. I’ve been through wonderful and difficult experiences that have shaped who I am. Therapy helped to put my life back in order, and my own growth through personal life struggles is what helps me relate so deeply with clients. I enjoy guiding people toward positive changes and witnessing them achieve more fulfilling lives.

In addition to RMFTI, I am certified in neurofeedback technology, helping clients who experience PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, behavior disruptions, sleep disorders, migraines, and trauma. I am trained in Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and an Emotional Intelligence (EI) trainer.
