Life can be challenging, especially in our fast-paced transient society. I work with adults, teens, and children of all ages. I specialize in Marriage Conflict and Parent-Child conflict with a large portion of my business devoted to adolescents. From Social Anxiety, to ADHD and chronic depression. I am trained in PLAY THERAPY, EMDR, Veteran's Deployment Psychology, CBT and much more. "Friendly, but professional," describes how most clients see me. My specialty is marriage or couples counseling, ADHD and anger management, conflict resolution, and adolescent issues. I also do a fair number of psychological evaluations and consultations for various entities.
I have 2 locations to serve you and will do in home therapy on occasion. I am trained in multiple modalities from CBT, to PLAY THERAPY to Family Systems, Solution Focused and EMDR for trauma recovery. I can do Psychological Testing and Evaluations.

When the demand allows, I conduct small groups on various topics. Currently, I have been doing a closed small group of 6 to allow for graduated exposure for pre-teen and teens to gain confidence and skill interacting with others their age.
