I am a licensed clinical psychologist. My approach to therapy is adaptable and largely dependent on the client's needs. I believe strongly in the mind-body connection and I enjoy discovering unique approaches to mindfulness that are best suited to each individual client. In my practice, I use a variety of approaches based on applied behavior analysis and cognitive behavior therapy. I frequently employ techniques from REBT, somatic psychology, and non-western modalities. I am passionate about DBT and ACT and I strive to help clients develop the skills they are seeking to help them live their best lives.
I have experience treating mood disorders, PTSD, gender transition, families, sleep issues, Autism, anger issues, men's issues, career counseling, life transitions, addiction, and grief. I am certified in Psychedelic Assisted therapy. I am available for integration sessions as well as Ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
My goal in the first session is to build a trusting relationship with the person I am serving. I want to help them create their roadmap of where they are, where they want to be, and how we are going to get there. In a therapist-client relationship, it is important to me that we walk the road towards better mental health, together.
