I counsel an array of emotional and behavioral aspects including ADHD/ADD, depression, anxiety, anger management, men's issues, relationship issues, aging and health challenges and substance abuse. I believe that people can change and grow throughout their lifespan. Counseling can facilitate self understanding as well as understanding of others. My clients range from adults and older adolescents dealing with individual life challenges, to couples dealing with relationship issues, and seniors adjusting to life and health changes and challenges.
I'm credentialed in psychology. In addition to general psychology, my training and experience have enabled me to focus on helping couples with communication, conflict and other issues. My experience with treating ADHD/ADD individuals and their families is also a specialty.
I am able to relate to a wide range of people from all socio-economic backgrounds. Our office is conveniently located in the Lexington & Central Ky area, one mile south of the Harrodsburg Rd & Man O'War Blvd intersection, across from the Bellerive Shopping Center, at the Jessamine County line.
