As a relationship/ADHD coach, I work with couples to help resolve communication and conflict issues, with the goal of strengthening their relationships. I also help people with life transitions, and to understand and make the best of their individual strengths. Working with ADHD individuals is a specialty, helping them be their best self. I believe that people can change and grow throughout their lifespan. My clients are primarily adults dealing with individual life challenges, couples dealing with relationship issues, and seniors adjusting to life and health changes and transitions.
My training and experience has enabled me to focus on helping couples with communication, conflict and other issues. My experience with treating ADHD/ADD individuals and their families is also a specialty.
I am able to relate to a wide range of people from all socio-economic backgrounds. My office is conveniently located in the Lexington & Central Ky area, one mile south of the Harrodsburg Rd & Man O'War Blvd intersection, across from the Bellerive Shopping Center, at the Jessamine County line.
