For over 30 years, I have helped individuals, couples & families resolve their difficulties of depression, anxiety, stress, loss or grief, trauma incidents, couple/marital or relational matters by utilizing a cognitive behavioral, solution-focused treatment approach. I provide compassionate care and am genuinely concerned about the people I treat. My approach incorporates an action oriented aspect in bringing about the change that clients desire or request.
I offer a private/self pay discount of $80/per hour for clients that wish to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Many clients prefer this option to avoid the need to share diagnostic & treatment records with their health insurance companies and to avoid problems with pre-authorization & session limits.
