Sometimes, the reasons why partners become upset with each other run deeper than the present circumstances. When partners persist in doing or saying things that upset each other over and over again, there is often something more at stake than meets the eye. Stop feeling stuck in the same old problem cycle. I have found my post-graduate training in marriage and family therapy to be a valuable resource in helping others achieve their goals and potential. I have also presented at national conferences.
Couples therapy, premarital counseling, and marital assessments have been my specialty for the past 26 years. I also enjoy working with individuals who have issues with depression, panic attacks, and anxiety. It is a joy to help couples and individuals discover their strengths and gain victory over their obstacles.
My wife does marriage intensives with me and I have found her female perspective on marital issues to be powerful and helpful to the process of strengthening and restoring the heart of marriages. I use a strengths-based approach with clients and they find it refreshing.
