I hope that together we can find solutions for the problems keeping you from having a meaningful life.

I strive to help people focus on the solutions they carry within themselves. I help individuals unlock their own potential through gaining a clearer understanding of themselves, society, culture, and the world around them.

I have an understanding of the military lifestyle, substance abuse, and how stress can be reduced using multiple techniques. I'm in my Mineola office Tuesday through Friday morning through afternoon, 7:30 AM to 2 PM by appointment only.
