About
I see individuals, couples, and families. My treatment approach is systemic and transpersonal, meaning I try to understand human problems in terms of the complex interactions between our inner world and our outer world. I have a collaborative and non-judgmental style. I offer a safe place to develop a trusting relationship in order to foster resiliency and growth. Your job will be to be willing to get to know yourself better.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 35 years of experience. I am also an American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy clinical member and Approved Supervisor. I see clients in my private office that looks out over the Skagit River.
I am likely to ask questions about your relationships with the important people in your life - past or present. I am also interested in discussing your night dreams and body symptoms to add more depth. My main goal is to walk beside you as you discover your way.
