Many times clients need emotional support, tools and new strategies to find their way. I am kind, compassionate and non- judgemental. I take an active role and give plenty of feedback. I have over 30 years experience helping all kinds of people get back on track and deeply heal Themselves.
The therapy modality I am most connected to is Internal Family Systems. This is a therapy that looks at different Parts of ourselves and helps heal the parts that are hurt, burdened or traumatized. This is done By bringing forward our innate qualities of compassion, curiosity, courage, creativity etc.
