Hello, thanks for visiting my profile. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker employed as a Psychotherapist with Your Health Concierge, Inc., which is a clinic that promotes integrated wellness. Integrated Wellness is a philosophy that promotes treating the whole person, which includes physical, emotional, home, nutrition, financial, work, creativity, and social wellness.
I specialize in mental health and substance use/addictions, parent-child conflict, adolescents and adults, interpersonal conflicts, and criminal justice. I provide individual, family/couples, and group therapy, and utilize several theoretical approaches which include Cognitive- Behavioral, Psychodynamic, Client-Centered, Supportive, and Solution-Focused.
