I believe it begins with a solid understanding of oneself, how you experience your life, and then re-forming your relationships to be more satisfying.
I work with individuals and couples, using a mixture of approaches that considers how you feel, think and behave in the context of your life - your work, your family and your relationships. I am careful to work at a pace that fits each person, in a safe and confidential environment.
