My ideal client would be someone who does not have it all figured out. This client has learned or is learning to not pretend to have it all figured out either. They may be in the early/contemplation stage or preparation stage, but they know that something is not right. However, they are willing to make themselves a priority and is open or opening to receive the necessary support, while choosing better for themselves.
My specifications are Person-centered therapy, Anxiety, CBT, Trauma therapy, Anger Management, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy. Also, one other specification of mine is working in Juvenile Justice and Corrections.
Sometimes things can feel overwhelming in life. There are so many tasks, and duties to fill on a daily basis.
