So often, the stigma surrounding mental health issues and therapy prevents individuals from seeking assistance. My goal is to provide a safe counseling space for you to filter through your personal journey, while equipping you with support and resources, to guide you on the path to overall wellness. Therapy is not always easy, but healing is achievable through a non-judgmental and compassionate environment.
My therapeutic orientation includes a variety of integrated techniques grounded in a non-judgemental Christian value system, including person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, trauma-informed care, acceptance commitment, strength-based, and culturally sensitive therapies.
My ultimate goal is to assist individuals in uncovering their true potential while celebrating all that life has to offer.
