Therapy gives people the opportunity to develop effective and healthy responses to life's stressors. I work to create a safe holding environment to allow you to feel comfortable being yourself. I work with clients to help them develop awareness over their behaviors, thoughts, patterns, and feelings. I like to get to the source rather than just focus on the symptoms. I also provide clinical supervision for therapists seeking licensure.
I work with adults who struggle with asserting themselves, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship stress, parenting, ADHD, identity exploration, self-esteem, and grief. We will work at your pace. It's about progress, not perfection. I work with you to help you empower yourself.
