Welcome! Whether you are a pro at skimming therapy sites or are just getting started for the first time, assessing for a good fit is important. Take a breath, you’ve got this. I work best with high-achievers who have "intellectualized" their way through life, the queer community, and neurospicy folks tired of masking. My ideal client is someone navigating life outside traditional social scripts or managing the deep complexities of finding their own way. If you find yourself over-analyzing but still struggling to feel better, or if you need a space where your identity is celebrated rather than explained, we will be a great fit.
I provide a relational partnership rooted in radical transparency and empowerment. By moving away from rigid social scripts, I create a space to process complex trauma, systemic stressors, and the nuances of your daily peace. My goal is to help you advocate for yourself and find clarity through deep, non-judgmental validation.
As an AuDHD clinician, I bypass standard social scripts in favor of genuine engagement. My background in crisis advocacy and my own history with "problematic" therapy drive me to be the clinician I once needed. I offer an inherent capacity for holding space and sitting with intense emotions until you feel truly heard.
