I've provided EMDR for over 20 years, and have become a Certified EMDR Practitioner. I foster healing the traumatic wounds that limit you using EMDR and IFS ego state work to resolve what keeps us stuck. I empower you to draw on your inner resources. My specialty is freeing clients up from the effects of sexual trauma. I'm a sex positive feminist therapist. I provide a safe space for clients with alternative sexual expression (LGBTQIA, polyamory, BDSM, sex work). My practice is informed by Buddhist wisdom/practice and social justice. I prioritize BIPOC clients. I also work with performance anxiety.
