I believe therapy is a place to feel deeply seen and supported while discovering your own answers. Our relationship is central—I strive to offer a safe, compassionate space where healing and growth can unfold. With training in parent-child relationships, intergenerational and historical trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions, I bring a culturally sensitive, attentive presence. I provide compassionate person-centered therapy, based on the idea that each individual has the capacity and desire for growth and change. I also operate with an integrated approach – I like to utilize different modalities where I see its beneficial to the client. As an indigenous person, I center my approach around an indigenous worldview and core values.
Each of us holds deep strength and resilience, even when it feels hard to access. Therapy is a chance to feel supported while gaining tools to create meaningful change. I offer teletherapy for individuals and a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can connect and explore if working together feels like the right fit.
