I'm a licensed clinician with over 15 years of experience supporting people through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, fertility/postpartum issues, and the trauma of life's heaviest moments. I believe therapy should be both a place where you feel truly understood and a space where meaningful change happens. In our work together, you'll have room to talk, process, and be heard...but we won't stop there. I'll also help you learn skills, deepen your self-awareness, and process through grief or trauma.

I believe in the power of empathy, respect, and a trauma-informed approach to healing. My work is grounded in evidence-based therapies (EMDR, DBT, ARC, TF-CBT, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and more), and I’m dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel supported and understood.
