In our work together, we explore how your attachment patterns and lived experiences have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others. We make space for every part of you, even the ones that feel the most difficult or vulnerable. Throughout it all, you are met with compassion, curiosity, and a steady belief in your capacity to grow, heal, and relate to yourself and others in new ways.
Using IFS, we explore and heal parts that hold pain, protect us, or carry old beliefs. I integrate EMDR to process trauma and reduce the emotional charge of painful memories or beliefs. I use ERP and other tools to lessen the load of OCD and anxiety, as well as ways to feel more confident in managing ADHD and all neurodivergent ways of being.
We can explore attachment patterns that leave you longing for closeness but feeling unsure how to get there. We can navigate gender and sexual identity and work through layers of complex experiences that shape how you see yourself, your body, and your relationships. We can gently explore, release, or embrace the parts of you that make you uniquely you.
