Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missoula MT. I have 5 years of experience providing services to individuals with diverse backgrounds and a wide range of needs. I spent the last three years focusing on helping people improve their quality of life while managing chronic health conditions. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship problems, career challenges, and traumatic experiences. My therapeutic style is person centered and supportive but also direct. I believe in treating you as a whole person and not just a set of symptoms. My therapeutic approach and understanding pulls from cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and solution focused therapies. I also heavily use somatic based interventions.
