About
Welcome! I provide a safe place to explore what you are going through. Perhaps you haven't found the relationship you want or you are up nights worrying about the future. You might be working through childhood trauma, religious trauma, or trying to let go of a toxic relationship. You may be a new parent who feels overwhelmed and wonders "why did I do this?" Therapy is a wonderful place to find help! If you are an adult or teen struggling with your life I can help you feel like yourself again. Take a look at my website and schedule a free 15 minute consultation. www.calmingconnection.com
I specialize in trauma and grief work. I love working with clients going through life changes, anxiety, trauma, peripartum & divorce. I currently work with adults and teens 16 and over. I am skilled in solution focused, ACT, DBT, & EMDR. I approach each person with compassion and understanding. Let me get to know you and help you find your best self.
Many times clients tell me they have been afraid to reach out, afraid something is wrong with them or they will face judgement in therapy, but after attending a few sessions they share that they wish they had reached out sooner. Therapy doesn't have to be scary. Give me a call and start feeling better soon. 925-605-9662
