My goal is to help ADHD individuals navigate the chaotic, overwhelming world— those who struggle with executive dysfunction, burnout, and/or chronic stress. If you are seeking support around LGBTQ+ identity, I offer an affirming partnership to help you process minority stress, explore self-discovery, heal from trauma, and celebrate your authentic self. I work with couples to identify stuck patterns, deepen their emotional connection, and create a partnership where both people feel truly seen.
I am a certified LGBTQ+ Affirmative therapist and ADHD provider. I utilize and incorporate Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-based therapy. I utilize my work with clients to deepen self-understanding and create practical strategies for living a more fulfilling life.
