I believe that the path to healing requires a safe, and trusting relationship between client and therapist. As a psychologist, my main goal is create a warm and welcoming space for clients to feel understood, heard, respected, and safe. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them better understand themselves and the challenges they have faced, improve interpersonal relationships, and promote healing. My approach to therapy is integrative, and client-centered; meeting my clients where they are. We work together to reach their goals and find lasting change, fulfillment, and healing.
I have experience working with a wide variety of concerns including anxiety; depression; identity development; life transitions; stress; and struggles in relationships. I have particular expertise working with survivors of interpersonal trauma; addiction/substance abuse; grief; chronic illnesses/conditions; and issues related to experiences of oppression.
I have worked with clients in diverse settings and have been able to witness them overcome tremendous challenges, find peace and healing, and ultimately change their lives. I am honored to help clients navigate their paths, and am humbled each time clients share their innermost thoughts, feelings and experiences.
