My expertise is working with issues around trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual violence and symptoms associated with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Over the last ten years, I have worked extensively and compassionately with clients facing overwhelming challenges, grappling with suffering, and aspiring towards greater understanding and connection in their lives. I specialize in working with adolescents individually and in groups to overcome feelings of anxiety and depression.
