I work collaboratively with you to identify goals and develop a treatment plan, while also being flexible enough during treatment to re-calibrate goals, change the focus of treatment and/or test out other approaches to reaching your goals. I have specialized training and skills in couple therapy. I studied novel approaches to couple therapy in graduate school and completed a couple therapy fellowship at the San Diego VA . My approach to couple therapy is rooted in Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
As a parent to a toddler, I'm on a mission to help partners reconnect with each other amidst the chaos of new parenthood.
