About
Every person is important. Every emotion you experience is real. The decision to seek therapeutic help is never an easy one and finding the right therapist is perhaps the most important part of the therapy process. I take a team approach to working with individuals to explore and to identify challenges that have hindered them from having the life they desire. I seek to tailor to each individual according to his or her need. The purpose of the treatment is to provide my clients with knowledge, skills and tools that will assist them to return to their daily life.
I am licensed as a Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Mental Health Practitioner. I use a combination of techniques that are designed to meet your goals. This includes but not limited to Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I am also EMDR trained. My practice also provides substance abuse evaluation.
My caring and supportive approach will assist you to process life issues and find emotional healing. I am devoted to bringing my professional experience, personal growth, and passion for helping others to each session.
