My focus is working with adolescents and adults, helping them discover their full potential. I can assist during times you might be experiencing any of the following Depression, Stress, Trauma (EMDR trained), Anxiety, Grief, Social Skills Development, and Relationship concerns. My therapeutic approach is mainly done by cognitive behavioral therapy l (CBT), teaching clients to recognize and challenge unhelpful or irrational thoughts that may influence emotions and behaviors. I may use person-centered and mindfulness approaches to therapy as well.
I work with individuals experiencing a number of symptoms including, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and anxiety.
I will foster positive relationships, honor commitments, and treat every client in an equitable way. Each client will be treated with dignity and respect, maintaining confidentiality between counselor and client.
