I can help you navigate the forest and the trees to identify the problem, figure out your goals, and create a plan of action. None of this means we’re not functioning or getting through the day. I mainly use a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, and solution focused therapy to address your particular concerns.
