Hello, my name is Lareasha Love. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over seven years of experience counseling adolescents, adults, families. I have worked with many individuals suffering from Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Coping Skills, Life Transitions, Substance Abuse, Low-Ses, Women Issues, Grief and more. I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, and Trauma Focused therapies. As your therapist I will collaboratively work with you to develop strategies that will assist you to lead a happy, healthy, progressive life.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults that may be struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, and trauma. The treatment modality I focus on uses a person-centered approach, CBT, Solution Focused. Together we will talk about what you are facing, and I will assist you in reaching your goals.
