My goal is to create an open space where we can explore the coping mechanisms and habits that once supported you but may now be holding you back. I take a holistic, somatic approach, integrating EMDR and an attachment lens to foster healing at every level. Ultimately, the focus is on your wellness, however you define it.
I acknowledge that societal structures of power play a key role in the harm many face. While it’s necessary to recognize these injustices, we must also focus on reclaiming our agency during the healing journey. Healing in the face of oppression is a powerful act of courage, endurance, and self-empowerment.
