As a body-inclusive psychotherapist, I am passionate about a collaborative and holistic approach to therapy. I believe the integration of mind, body, and spirit in a safe, therapeutic setting can provide profound opportunities for healing. I have experience working with those desiring help with issues related to trauma and abuse, stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, parenting, mood management, and grief/loss. I enjoy working with a diverse clientele.
I incorporate traditional psychotherapy with body-centered approaches such as trauma-sensitive yoga,mindfulness,imagery and skills for embodiment. I also offer Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy as an additional modality. With compassion and non-judgment, I help clients liberate from old patterns that have left them unable to live as authentically as they'd like.
As an licensed counselor and registered yoga teacher, I focus on the dynamic interrelation of the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Integrating the latest research on neurobiology and somatic therapies, I help clients befriend their bodies and use them as a gateway to awareness and healing.
