I can help. While in full-time private practice as a Psychotherapist & Addictions Specialist for 24 years I engage in direct care to help individuals and families work through trauma and obstacles. Using a mindset of patience and understanding I help people learn to relax and cope with their worries, struggles and increase resilience.
