I have been there. I blend my years of life experience with a practical approach to counseling. I help clients discover strengths they already have to overcome pain and find hope. I help couples practice healthy ways of interacting to reconnect and move forward. When working with kids, 9 or older, I collaborate with parents so the family benefits.
