At the heart of my work is helping you learn to trust yourself. That means building confidence in your ability to sit with discomfort, understand your reactions, and make meaning of your life. I believe we are all wonderfully complex, and exploring those layers gives access to the clarity and self-compassion needed to navigate even the hardest moments.
I'm especially drawn to exploring root causes. We can work on managing anxiety or stress in the moment, and those skills matter, but it's essential we also slow down and understand what's feeding it beneath the surface.
