I work to help my diverse clients acquire the tools and support needed to help reduce their anxiety and depression while increasing their self esteem, self worth, and relationship connectivity so they can live more satisfying lives. I use a trauma informed lens and strength based approach.
Sessions typically involve helping you to gain insight into thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, explore alternative ways of viewing situations, and modify unhelpful behavior. I use DBT, EMDR, attachment and mindfulness-based approaches to therapy as well as draw from a a range a range of techniques to meet the needs and strengths of each individual client.
