I am compelled to share this journey in self awareness with you. I treat individual adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges; obsessive compulsive behaviors, anxiety, addiction, mood disorders, aggression, co -dependency issues, trauma, etc. An area of interest is Women’s Issues, connecting with our own inner strength, beauty and grace as Women, and embracing our feminine spirit.
The cognitive behavioral work we do will focus on the power of our thoughts, and creating a positive perspective by which to experience life. Our perspective will change how we experience our relationships, job opportunities, our spirituality, sleep, every life domain.
