I treat individual adults experiencing; obsessive compulsive disorder/ behaviors, anxiety, addiction, mood disorders, aggression, co -dependency issues, trauma, etc. An area of interest is Women’s Issues, connecting with our own inner strength, beauty and grace as Women, and embracing our feminine spirit.
The cognitive behavioral work explores thoughts, feelings, and behaviors utilizing Jung's Inner Child Theory (Shadow Work) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) to explore defense mechanisms, subconscious VS conscious drives. The answer to why you experience the same outcomes lie in the framework of your own development. Educate yourself on yourself.
