I work with kids, teens, and adults facing anxiety, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many feel stuck, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. Some are survivors of domestic violence seeking safety and healing. Together, we focus on building confidence, improving coping skills, and navigating personal growth.
Using a person-centered approach, I integrate a variety of modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. I provide a safe space for kids, teens, and adults to express emotions, build resilience, process trauma, manage anxiety, and regain control.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a warm, judgment-free space where you can explore challenges at your own pace. I offer a space where you can feel comfortable being honest about your needs.
