About
Accepting New Patients. Sometimes it is difficult to reach out for help. We want to be strong and do not want to feel judged. As a licensed counselor, I will work with you to improve yourself, and your relationships, in order to achieve your highest potential. When you achieve better self-awareness and increased self-esteem, you can achieve good mental health. Good mental health means you can be happier. If you feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, or depressed, together we will develop coping skills to put more joy in your life.
I work in areas of addiction, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and behavioral issues. I work with individuals who have been exposed to trauma and are experiencing posttraumatic stress disorder. This can be in the form of childhood physical abuse, sexual abuse, or witnessing traumatic events during war, or the occupational hazard of a first responder.
