Understanding Trauma - For Men
Outpatient trauma treatment can sometimes miss the key educational pieces clients get at a more intensive level of care - including the crucial parts perspective. I will draw on my knowledge of IFS, trauma-informed, DBT, etc. to fill in those gaps. Each session will begin with an educational presentation and then provide time to process and integrate what was just presented on a personal level. This informative psycho-ed/support group is a closed group for men (LBGTQ+ inclusive!) and will meet 6 times. $360 total. OON receipts provided. Starting Autumn '23!

Understanding Trauma in Relationship - For Couples
While we tend to treat trauma in individual and group therapy, there is no doubt that it impacts our relationships. This can lead to shame, blame, and disconnect. Wouldn't it be easier if they just "got it"? This light-hearted and informative psycho-ed/support group will help fill in the gaps and provide an opportunity to see that you are not alone. This closed group is for couples (5 max) and will meet 6 times in Monmouth County. $390/couple total. Receipts provided for clients to submit to insurance. LGBTQ+ inclusive. Starting Autumn '23.
