Welcome! I’m Dr. Lara (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and owner of a private practice in New York City. I work with clients across the states of New York and Florida. I have developed specialized expertise in anxiety and related disorders (including OCD, panic, trauma, and sleep difficulties), the perinatal period, and relationships with self and others, while also bringing broad experience from diverse clinical settings.
