About
As a clinician my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for every individual. I aim to help clients learn how to manage their mental health effectively and work towards their personal goals while prioritizing their mental and emotional well-being. Through the work that I have done in outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization levels of care, I recognize that there are many circumstances that can affect one’s mental health. These areas include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, anger management, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ issues, and substance use disorders.
I help empower clients to recognize their abilities to create positive changes in their lives and believe that they can take back control, even though life can be challenging at times. It takes incredible courage to reach out for help, and I’m here to help my clients through their unique mental health journey.
It is not necessary to suffer alone. At Calm and Sense Therapy we have 30+ licensed therapists in 4 locations plus Telehealth offerings with daytime, evening and Saturday hours.
