Licensed in both NC and SC, my counseling style integrates several therapeutic approaches and techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused. Every single person is different; thus, I work with each client to create a treatment that will cater to their specific needs.
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and comfortable environment, which will allow you to grow in self-awareness and self-acceptance.
