I specialize in using the Mind/Body/Soul perspective to address issues based on core values of self love, self-esteem, cultural and spiritual diversity, holistic wellness, and resilience.
I provide individual psychotherapy, couples counseling, and workshops to women and their partners dealing with life transitions, career changes, self-esteem, parenting issues and life after breakups.
