Delaware Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides psychotherapy to individuals who are struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Low Self-Esteem, and more. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is one of my favorite approaches. It helps individuals identify and change negative thinking patterns to improve mood and quality of life. I also use Strengths Perspective, Mindfulness, and other approaches considering factors such as the client’s presenting problem.
I would like to create an environment for my clients that is comfortable for them. If my client is a visual person; I will provide more visuals in our sessions such as videos, pictures, etc. If my client is a hands-on individual, I would provide hands-on activities in our sessions such as virtual sand trays, wheel of names, and many more.
We sometimes struggle with navigating mental health challenges but you are not alone and that’s what drives me as a Therapist. Everyone could benefit from therapy to understand one’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; and let’s not forget about improving coping skills.
